We are having some problems getting the audio snippets over here.

The most important thing we can say is that THIS IS NOT a prop 2-1/2 Override. If there is a prop 2-1/2 vote next year, it will NOT affect the Public Safety Building. On May 11 you will be casting a yes or no ballot to fund the PSB only.

The ballot wording is odd for legal reasons, but note that the word "EXEMPT" appears on the ballot when referring to prop 2-1/2.
